Its a snowy day in austria but i am in new zealand at the beach. Its been fun to post all year and tell you a little about my races and life as an athlete. Have a good 2009.

A shot from the simplon pass on the way back to italy and a successful weekend. It was great to catch up with so many good people in the mountain running community. This is the best thing about sport and why mountain running is the best gig.

Fritz stroebl is the guy with the fastest time on the world cup course. Under 2min top to bottom with speed in excess of 140km per hour. Here he tells us how to do it!
